Yes, all of our products are made from high-quality materials chosen to ensure resistance to water, shock and daily wear and tear .
- Dog Tags & Smart Tags : Engraved on stainless steel or aluminum , they are resistant to water and corrosion. However, over time, rubbing against other objects may cause small surface marks.
- Collars and Leashes in Biothane® : Completely waterproof and easy to clean , they do not get ruined by water and are also resistant to mud and humidity.
- Engravings and QR Code : Made with precision laser technology to ensure readability over time , without the risk of immediate discoloration.
Although the products are designed to last a long time, we still recommend proper use and regular maintenance to best preserve their appearance and functionality.
Can the products lose color or show signs of wear over time?
Yes, it is normal for products to show signs of wear and tear with daily use and contact with other objects. For example, in metal products, the perimeter or engraved details may slightly discolor over time due to rubbing. In materials such as Biothane®, however, wear and tear may manifest itself with small superficial marks due to prolonged use .

- Smart Tag with QR Code : They have a standard size of about 3 cm , designed to ensure easy reading of the QR Code without being cumbersome. Currently, other sizes are not planned.
To choose the most suitable product for your pet, we recommend that you always check the specifications indicated in the product sheet .
Is the black nickel plated hardware durable?
Yes! All the hardware used in our products is black nickel plated to ensure strength and durability over time . However, like any metal plating, with prolonged use and exposure to external agents , it may show signs of wear .
- It is normal for the plating to fade slightly or show reddish marks due to the natural oxidation of the underlying metal over time and with friction.
- This phenomenon does not compromise the functionality or resistance of the product.

- Dog Tags and Smart Tags : Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints. Avoid using corrosive detergents that could compromise the engraving or QR Code.
- Black nickel plated hardware : To slow down normal signs of wear, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and chemicals (for example, salt water, chlorine or mud). If necessary, wipe the metal with a dry cloth after contact with water.

No, unfortunately personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged , unless they have a manufacturing defect or an engraving error due to us .
